Dosage
This is quite varied and therefore difficult to be certain to be quite honest.
· Most mainstream sites say a max of 2 per day without cyanide poisoning, which I personally know is misleading.
· I have taken 5 seeds a day for at least 15 years with zero ill effects, as have a number of people I know. Anecdotally there are thousands of pieces of information that discuss the benefits.
· Up to 70 an hour are supposedly possible, but this is totally extreme and I would think also unwarranted, but this is the max amount that the body can deal with safely according to some sources.
· My understanding gleaned from anecdotal evidence is 5 per day as a preventative, 25 per day to treat existing issues (but no sugar is also essential for them to work)
· So maybe 5-10 would be good, BUT I would also say work up to it, start with 2 per day, then a few days later up it to 3, then add 1 every other day until you’re up to whatever number you want to get to.
